One of the strengths of our program is our staff.  From the minute you arrive, you will know right away that you are in experienced, professional, and caring hands.  Our guides offer over fifteen years of experience in hunting throughout Argentina. Their experience working with various outfitters throughout the years offers them a well rounded background and the ability to apply their vast knowledge ADU's program.  And as a company, we follow a few simple-but often overlooked-principles learned over the past ten years working in Argentina.

• Provide the best shooting at the best times with the best guides.  This is a fundamental principle that we think about frequently to prevent complacency and ensure that every hunt is our most important hunt and that our guides really continue to be the best.
• Take care of the people that take care of the clients.  We have a loyal and dedicated staff without turnover.  We've found that paying our employees top dollar, giving them responsibility, rewarding successes, training and teaching better ways to solve problems, and creating a family environment has made our employees proud of their jobs.  So proud in fact, guests will feel like every employee is a partner and not just an employee.
• Provide the best equipment and tools for guides and employees so that they can provide the best service to our guests.  There is nothing worse than going to an over efficient or underequipped lodge.  We want our guests have absolutely the best equipment for their hunting.
